Wildon UK has been involved with the very early tipping hopper trays and biological filters, dosing syphons and rotary filter arms and all the way through to the modern BioTecand submerged aerated filter systems; we have either repaired, maintained or renewed all of them.

We have the knowledge and experience to ensure your installation goes smoothly and efficiently anywhere in the country.

Our engineers have a wealth of experience when it comes to deep excavations in poor ground conditions. We ensure your installation is both safe and secure by the use of ground support systems; we don’t simply dig a huge hole and hope for the best. This also guarantees that your major investment in the actual sewage treatment plant is not flushed down the drain as the correct method of installation is adopted, without the premature failure of the plant through implosion and floatation.

Our resources enable us to operate without subcontractors – we provide everything from the spade, the crane and the associated tankering for the duration of the job. SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT HIRE

Wildon UK is in the process of developing a range of portable sewage treatment plants in the case of an emergency, equipment failure or just a temporary installation. These portable sewage treatment plants are based on rotating biological contactor technology. Our range covers from 30 population through to the largest 100-person single units.

The major advantage of the RBC is the very low power supply that is required. Other portable and temporary sewage treatment plants rely on submerged aerated filter technology. This type of treatment plant requires a large rotary compressor and in some cases, a small single-phase supply will not be adequate to power one of these units. Our largest available system at present is able to deal with a flow rate of up to 25 cubic metres of domestic sewage per day and has the footprint of 2 x 20 foot shipping containers to include the primary settling tank, a separate biological filter and large humus zone.

These can either be gravity discharge or pumped outlet and can be installed in parallel to increase their capacity. This large portable sewage treatment system can actually be plugged into a domestic plug socket as the maximum current drawn is less than 6 amps. All the units have telemetry to warn us of equipment failure so that we can arrange a service engineer to attend.
